IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Wipeout Media for the Teacher's Companion PRO Unlocked software accompanying this EULA. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License, then do not install or use the Teacher's Companion PRO Unlocked software. 

1) GRANT OF LICENSE
This EULA grants you the following rights for the use of Teacher's Companion PRO Unlocked:

a) INSTALLATION & USE
You ARE PERMITTED to install Teacher's Companion PRO Unlocked on an unlimited number of computers and devices that you currently own and use, including your workplace or business. You ARE PERMITTED to use Teacher's Companion PRO Unlocked in a personal and commercial environment.

b) MODIFICATION
You ARE PERMITTED to modify Teacher's Companion PRO Unlocked for your own personal use; for your own workplace; for your own business; or for no more than three separate client projects. You ARE PERMITTED to adapt or merge Teacher's Companion PRO Unlocked into another program in whole or in part as long as it is for your own personal use; for your own workplace; for your own business; or for no more than three separate client projects. If you need to modify Teacher's Companion PRO Unlocked for more than three separate clients, additional licenses will need to be purchased. 

2) REPRODUCTION & DISTRIBUTION
You MUST NOT make copies of Teacher's Companion PRO Unlocked modified or unmodified for the purpose of renting, selling, lending, sharing, transferring or distribution. Copies of Teacher's Companion PRO Unlocked modified or unmodified MUST NOT be distributed for profit either on a standalone basis or included as part of your own product. To sum up, you are explicitly NOT PERMITTED to sell Teacher's Companion PRO Unlocked modified or unmodified. 

3) COPYRIGHT
Teacher's Companion PRO Unlocked is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Therefore, YOU MUST treat Teacher's Companion PRO Unlocked like any other copyrighted material. All title and copyrights in and to Teacher's Companion PRO Unlocked (including but not limited to any images and text incorporated into Teacher's Companion PRO Unlocked), as well as any copies of Teacher's Companion PRO Unlocked is owned by Wipeout Media.
 
4) NO WARRANTY
You acknowledge that Teacher's Companion PRO Unlocked may not satisfy your requirements or be free from defects. Teacher's Companion PRO Unlocked is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Wipeout Media expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  Furthermore, there is no warranty against interference with your enjoyment of the software or against infringement of third party rights by Teacher's Companion PRO Unlocked. 

5) NO REFUNDS
As stated on the Teacher's Companion PRO Unlocked purchase page here: http://www.teacherscompanion.com/purchase-teachers-companion-pro-unlocked, we WILL NOT be offering refunds after the purchase of Teacher's Companion PRO Unlocked.

6) NO SUPPORT OR DOCUMENTATION
As stated on the Teacher's Companion Unlocked purchase page here: http://www.teacherscompanion.com/purchase-teachers-companion-pro-unlocked, we DO NOT provide support or documentation for Teacher's Companion PRO Unlocked.

7) DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Wipeout Media be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of Teacher's Companion PRO Unlocked, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
